We cannot always guarantee that the results of an investigation or search will provide the Client with specific information for their desired outcome. 


We present all the facts. 

While the information collected and provided has been found to be reliable, it may not itself be guaranteed, which may include photo, video or written statement. 


We keep our clients informed.

Providing Clients with updates of an investigation and advising of the need for any additional searches or records.

Anderson Investigations are committed to providing Clients with the following:


  • Disclose any conflict immediately that would prevent Anderson Investigations from providing a professional and unbiased investigation.
  • Report as truthfully and accurately as possible.
  • Provide final results in an easy to understand comprehensive package.
  • Provide unbiased recommendations based on facts.
  • Counsel our Clients against any illegal or unethical actions.
  • Provide detailed fees and charges to our Clients.
  • Subcontract only with licensed private investigation agencies, as needed.
  • Achieve results to meet Clients time sensitive deadlines (i.e., court date, etc).

Legal

Local Laws & public safety

Anderson Investigations will abide by provincial or other local laws and will put public and individual safety first during any and all investigations, even at the risk of surveillance not being completed. 


We will report to the authorities of any one who plans to do harm to themselves or others which includes vandalism, harassment, etc.

interruption of services

It is important for Clients to understand that sometimes investigations are interrupted by conditions that are out of the Investigators control (i.e., surveillance).  In these instances, the investigation may stop for the interim and continue at a later time or day. 


These interruptions can include various circumstances such as:

  • Traffic
  • Weather conditions
  • Road construction
  • Emergency vehicles
  • High risk of being discovered by subject(s) being investigated
